4. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees for paid advertisements you book through the Service. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

"localseithi" is not responsible for any errors or omissions in advertisements. We are not liable for any business losses, damages, or disputes arising from any advertisement placed in our magazine.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Erode, Tamilnadu.
